Events

Generally, events at SPGENS can be divided into these categories: Rate Events, Staff Hosted Events, and Other Events.

Rate Events

These types of events are triggered by a schedule or by server staff. Events under this category can be checked with the @events command, or upon logging into a channel through the welcome message under the [EVENT] tag.

Hot Time

Hot Time is a periodic event where server rates (Element, Code and EXP) are temporarily doubled for the duration of the event.

Prime Rates

Prime Rates activate automatically everyday during certain hours of the day. During Prime Rates, EXP, Code and Element rates are multiplied by 1.5x of the original rate.

Prime Rate Schedule:

  • 6PM EDT - 8PM EDT
  • 11PM EDT - 1AM EDT
  • 6AM EDT - 8PM EDT

Fusion Mania

Fusion Mania is a global event for the SPGENS server. This event is usually announced ahead of time to allow players to prepare for the event. The event typically lasts for 20 to 30 minutes, with 2 sessions 12 hours apart to accommodate different time zones.
